• I understand that I receive only one complimentary attempt during the scheduled classroom-based program day;
• I understand that a $500 reassessment fee applies to each subsequent attempt;
• I understand that no refund or free re-booking is available for missing the classroom-based session
• I understand that I must complete the theory quiz before undertaking the practical refresher testing;
• I understand that I am expected to prepare before attending and that training materials will not be available for review on the day;
• I understand that internet access is required;
• I understand that my score and performance comments may appear on my Statement of Attendance; and
• I understand that the Statement of Attendance is non-accredited.
